About CLA Insurance

Since 1988, CLA Insurance has been providing self-service laundry owners with quality property/liability and workers' compensation coverage.

In response to the special needs of members, CLA Insurance was created by the national Coin Laundry Association (CLA). CLA Insurance only insures self-service laundries. For nearly 20 years, laundry owners have chosen the laundry experts to insure their businesses.

Meet the Experts

Ruby Burch

For more than 17 years, Ruby Burch has been part of the expert staff at CLA Insurance. Her experiences include handling hundreds of coin laundry adjustments and claims, rating coin laundry policies and educating insureds about loss control.

Cynthia Neal

Cynthia Neal has been a vital member the agency for more than 11 years. She began as an assistant and quickly moved into the position of coordinator, overseeing policy endorsements and premium payment processing. 

Trina Freeman

Trina Freeman is the friendly voice that answers the phone. She joined the staff in March of 2004 and is responsible for verifying application information, providing Certificates of Insurance/Binders and releasing all quotes.
